Codess: Chess, but for Coding Challenges for Developers

I have been a developer for a few years and had thought about this idea. A platform that functions similarly to chess, with two people competing against each other in a coding challenge. Everyone on it has an ELO rating. You are matched with someone who has a comparable ELO rating. You are given a random problem to tackle, and the one who completes it the fastest or with the best solution wins the round.
